In Italy, they have different ways of delivering medicine. Rather than caplets and capsules, they tend to like "compresse" (compressed powders), powders, and drops.My latest purchase included vitamin D. Reading the label gave me a fit of the giggles. Obviously, it's an oil-soluble vitamin, so it has to be in an oil. Solution: drops. Delivery agent? Olive oil.
